Is It Important to Use Vietnamese Robusta Coffee?
In short - yes it is important.
As you already know, there are a couple of differences between arabica and robusta coffee, including caffeine content and flavor. Vietnamese coffee is celebrated for being one of the world's strongest coffees, and that's mainly because of the mighty robusta coffee bean. So, if you use arabica coffee beans instead, you'll find that this iced coffee won't be as strong.
All our ready-to-drink Vietnamese iced coffees are made with 100% robusta beans sourced from small family farms in Vietnam, so you know you’re getting a strong cup of coffee, even if you don’t brew it at home.
